Changes
The following exchange policy only applies to sales contracts between Stri40 Atelier and the Buyer, for purchases made through stri40.com, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Items purchased from third-party stores cannot be returned for a refund.
• All items (full price or on sale) can be exchanged for the same or higher price. All exchanges are subject to availability*.
• If the exchange is for size only (same item), the price will be the same. If the exchange is for a different item, the customer's available balance is the amount paid for the product in the original order, and the price of the new item is the one published on the website. The customer must pay the difference. Our team will provide a payment link for this.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days of order delivery. After that, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Stri40 Atelier will provide the return label. The customer can schedule a free pickup service or visit a Coordinadora office directly to send the package. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the package to be delivered to Coordinadora within 7 calendar days of sending the label. Packages arriving at our offices after 7 days have elapsed will be returned cash on delivery to the buyer.
Stri40 Atelier will not accept returns of packages with payment on delivery under any circumstances. If the customer returns the package at their own expense, all costs must be borne by the customer.
After submitting the request, the customer has up to 7 calendar days to return the package. After that, returns will not be accepted.
• If the return is sent with a label not provided by us, the customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to Stri40's facilities. If the customer sends the return to an incorrect address, the carrier loses the package, or there is no record of its delivery at our warehouse, Stri40 is not responsible.
• The product will be inspected to verify compliance with the terms described in this policy. Please note that we may reject or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Stri40 reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if items have been worn, soiled, washed, or altered in any way.
• The new shipment will be issued up to 30 days after the package arrives at the AGUA Bendita facilities, and the customer will be notified with the tracking number and shipping company.

Retraction
The following return policy only applies to a purchase agreement between Stri40 Atelier and the Buyer, for purchases made through Stri40.com, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned for a refund through this website, and items purchased in physical stores cannot be returned under the "Right of Withdrawal" policy.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Refunds are only issued for the price paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Complete this form and our customer service team will contact you within 1 business day.
• Return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. After that, returns will not be accepted.
The customer will be responsible for all costs of returning the item(s) to Stri40 Atelier. Send the package to the following address: Calle 11 sur # 25-150 Oficina 1302, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. Please include your purchase name and order number on the package.
Once the request is submitted, the customer has up to 7 calendar days to return the package. After that, the return will not be accepted. The tracking number and the shipping company used must be provided to the customer service team at contact@stri40.com.
The customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to Stri40 Atelier. If the customer sends the return to an incorrect address, if the shipping company loses the package, or if there is no record of its delivery at our warehouse, Stri40 is not responsible.

Stri40 Atelier will issue the refund up to 15 business days after the package arrives at its facilities, and the customer will be notified once this occurs.
All refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used to place the order. Please note that once the refund is processed, it may take up to 30 days for your bank to process the balance on your card.
If the payment method was PSE, the refund will be issued to the customer's Mercado Pago account, and the balance will be available up to 1 business day after the refund is issued.
If payment was made through Addi, the money will be canceled through them. Addi may charge a percentage, which you should discuss with them.
If payment was made via Bancolombia transfer, the refund will be made to a Bancolombia account, not to another bank.

Guarantees
The warranty described below is subject to the limits and other conditions described herein. This warranty only applies to a sales contract between Stri40 Atelier and the Buyer, for purchases made through Stri40.com, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
Unless specifically stated otherwise on the website in relation to a product, all Stri40 Atelier products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers defects resulting from faulty parts, materials, or workmanship.
The customer has up to 60 calendar days from delivery of the order to submit a return request if the item has a fabric defect that has not been worn. After that, the request will not be accepted.
The customer has up to 90 calendar days from delivery of the order to submit a return if the item shows any quality defect due to use. After that, the return will not be accepted.
• After 90 days, Stri40 Atelier may, but is not obligated to, attempt to assist with repairs, including the replacement of some parts, such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces. These repair services are subject to individual case analysis by the responsible department. However, a replacement or refund of the product will not be provided after 90 days.
• You can send the warranty request to contact@stri40.com with the following information:
- Name and surname.
- Order number.
- Photos of the items showing the defect.
- Which solution do you prefer: a refund, an exchange (subject to availability), or in-store credit?
Our customer service team will contact you within one business day. You can request a warranty if the item meets any of the following quality non-conformance criteria:
1) Non-conformity with the stamping:
- Defective printing.
- Shifted or overlapped printing.
- Hollow-out print.
- Print with spots.
2) Non-conformity with the preparation:
- Loose seams.
- Gathered seams.
- Elastic without adjustment.
- Gathered elastic.
- Broken threads.
- Defective snaps or zippers.
- Seamless seams.
3) Non-conformity with the fabric:
- Stains.
- Color migration.
- Broken fibers.
In all other cases, and after determining the source of the warranty service, it will be addressed through repair.
Stri40 Atelier reserves the right to replace the defective product or its component with a non-defective equivalent, provided that such equivalent guarantees equal or superior functionality to the original product or component. The replaced defective product or components will become the property of Stri40 Atelier.
The rights granted by this Warranty do not include the right of the Warranty beneficiary to claim for lost profits related to product defects. Stri40 Atelier is not responsible for material losses caused by the defective product.
Warranty conditions
Items received by the customer as replacements due to quality issues have the same return policies described in the first section of this page. Final sale items are non-returnable. Original shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable upon return. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred returning the item(s) to Stri40 Atelier. Warranty Exclusions
Damage caused by normal or prolonged wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or owner negligence is excluded from this warranty. In either case, at our discretion, we will either repair the product for a fee we deem reasonable or notify you that we are unable to repair it. Stri40 Atelier reserves the right to charge the warranty beneficiary for service, transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs if the defect is not covered by this warranty or if the product has not been proven to be defective.
The warranty does not cover:
• Regular deterioration or parts with limited functionality due to natural wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper use or improper care, according to the care specifications attached to the product and found on the product page on the website or on the product label.
• Damage caused by third-party interventions or alterations, natural disasters such as floods, fires, other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, or other external factors.
• Defects resulting from the use of inadequate or non-original supply materials.
• Damage caused by the user's negligence or ignorance. Damage caused by friction of the fabric against rough surfaces that may affect the feel.
